Starters & Alternators that may interchange may have different internal components. Please match your Starter or Alternator to the 'Unit Nos', 'Manufacturer Nos", and dimension notes from the above chart to insure proper fit of your component part. All component parts must be verified through description and/or cross reference before purchase. No returns on component parts. Exchanges only for like item during the 1 year warranty. You will not be responsible for errors in our listing. If you believe there is an error in our listing and need to return your component part please email pictures of your unit and picture including manufacturer number for a return authorization #. Order the complete unit if unsure on how to install component part. We can not provide technical assistance for your rebuilding project.

Shipping

We will make every effort to ship the same business day if you complete your purchase by 2:00PM Central Time. All others will ship the next business day.  To Prevent delays or cancellations in orders, please use a verified Paypal Account and/or please ship to the verified address credt card bank has on file matching where you want shipping.  We reserve the right to cancel any order with fraud triggers.  Special Order items may require more time to ship.  THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES IN SHIPPING DURING THIS PANDEMIC. WE ARE SHIPPING ORDERS BUT DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE WITH CARRIERS  We currently ship worldwide via USPS. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. 
All shipping fees on orders outside of the 48 continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.
We combine shipping to save on your shipping cost if you purchase multiple items from us.

International / and Outside Continental U.S 48 States  We restrict international orders United States Postal flat rate package sizes (what can fit in boxes up to 10" square or 26cm square) and use only United States Postal System for delivery (USPS). USPS estimates 6-10 business days for package arrival to destination country. There it clears through customs and transfers to the jurisdiction of receiving countries Post for delivery. There are no guarantees on delivery time for International orders. If your part is urgent you must consider other options. Delays due to shipping companies can take 30-60 days to investigate for remedy/refund on international orders. Customs duties/ taxes charged to you, by your country are not added to our checkout process; so there may be additional charges applied by your country at delivery.

Returns & Warranty-Replacements

Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Alternatorbrush.com will accept qualified and conforming products for replacement for the period of 1 (one) year. An order may be refunded only within 14 days of the original purchase date. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com or call 214-202-3250 for our returns department.
All returned products will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Products must be in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will:
1) Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied
2) The product(s) deemed ineligible for return will be returned to you.

If Alternatorbrush.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is receivedl.
When returning an item, the following will apply:

Returns
If order is less than 60 days old, the customer must contact Alternatorbrush.com by email or phone and request a return label by email or by mail. The customer may use this label to return the item to Alternatorbrush.com free of charge. After the item is received byAlternatorbrush.com for processing, Alternatorbrush.com will send out a replacement unit. If the order is within 14 days of purchase date, the customer may elect to have a refund issued instead. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com or call 214-202-3250 for our returns department. If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from Alternatorbrush.com to be shipped to the customer at once. This shipping charge will be shipped at Alternatorbrush.com expense. After Alternatorbrush.com receives the returned unit, Alternatorbrush.com will issue a refund for the second purchase. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com or call 214-202-3250 for our returns department.

After the item is received by Alternatorbrush.com for processing, Alternatorbrush.com will send out a replacement unit. If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from Alternatorbrush.coml to be shipped to the customer at once. This shipping charge will be shipped atAlternatorbrush.com expense. After Alternatorbrush.com receives the returned unit, Alternatorbrush.com will issue a refund for the second purchase. Labor Fees

Labor fees are not covered under our warranty program.

All of our products are covered by our one year warranty from date of purchase.
