Shipping
We will make every effort to ship the same business day if you complete your purchase by 2:00PM Central Time. All others will ship the next business day. Special Order items may require more time to ship. If you need your item by a definite day, you should contact us for shipping options. We currently ship worldwide via USPS. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
All shipping fees on orders outside of the 48 continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.
We combine shipping to save on your shipping cost if you purchase multiple items from us.
International / and Outside Continental U.S 48 States International Shipping is unavailable for some parts. We restrict international orders United States Postal flat rate package sizes (what can fit in boxes up to 10" square or 26cm square) and use only United States Postal System for delivery (USPS). USPS estimates 6-10 business days for package arrival to destination country. Actual delivery can be 10-40 days. Please do not order if urgent. There are possible delays to clear through customs and transfers to the jurisdiction of receiving countries Post for delivery. There are no guarantees on delivery time for International orders. If your part is urgent you must consider other options. Customs taxes charged to you, by your country are not added to our checkout process; so there may be additional charges applied by your country at delivery.
Returns & Warranty-Replacements
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Alternatorbrush.com will accept qualified and conforming products for replacement for the period of 1 (one) year. An order may be refunded only within 14 days of the original purchase date. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com
All returned products will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Products must be in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will:
1) Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied
2) The product(s) deemed ineligible for return will be returned to you.
If Alternatorbrush.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.

Returns
If order is less than 60 days old, the customer must contact Alternatorbrush.com by email or phone and request a return label by email or by mail. The customer may use this label to return the item to Alternatorbrush.com free of charge. After the item is received byAlternatorbrush.com for processing, Alternatorbrush.com will send out a replacement unit. If the order is within 14 days of purchase date, the customer may elect to have a refund issued instead. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com or text 469-518-0576 for our returns department. If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from Alternatorbrush.com to be shipped to the customer at once. This shipping charge will be shipped at Alternatorbrush.com expense. After Alternatorbrush.com receives the returned unit, Alternatorbrush.com will issue a refund for the second purchase. Send Email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to: info@alternatorbrush.com or call 469-518-0576 for our returns department.

Labor Fees
Labor fees are not covered under our warranty program.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by our one year warranty from date of purchase. Our returns department is open for calls Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Central Time.
